Relocation Associate We are a global provider of relocation and assignment management programs to the worldwide corporate community. We are recruiting the following role at our Whippany New Jersey location.
If you have a high energy level with the ability to multi-task, you are the right person to provide support to our Client Services Team. Your duties will include initiating relocation services in SAP and work with our service providers to set up services for our customers. You will also be responsible for reviewing documentation and preparing correspondence, checking and processing expense receipts when required, assisting with the creation of purchase orders where necessary and data entry into our SAP system. As part of your role you will also be required to cover receptionist and answer the phones, as well as take responsibility for maintaining filing systems and creating client customer & provider packages as needed.
You must have excellent English composition and business writing abilities, strong mathematical and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability work in a fast paced environment. Strong proficiency with MS Word, (45 wpm minimum), Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required and a college degree is preferred. Experience using SAP is desirable.
