Procurement Coordinator, Supply Chain Management Our client is a global provider of relocation and assignment management programs to the world wide corporate community. We are recruiting the following role at our Corporate Office in Whippany New Jersey. We are looking to strengthen our Supply Chain Management team with the selection of a Procurement Coordinator. Your duties in this role, will include sourcing, contracting and managing ongoing Provider relationships for high spend, strategic business sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance of internal Provider documentation, sourcing new Providers, analysis and scoring of Request for Proposals (RfP), liaising with other departmental staff to monitor provider performance and maintaining Provider contracts, renewal schedules, utilization reports, and maintenance of the SAP Supply Chain database You will liaise with Procurement Specialists, Global Providers, Corporate Departments and Business Unit Teams.
The ideal candidate will have: - Two years of procurement support experience is preferred - Two years of employee mobility services experience is preferred - Strong attention to detail - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment - Strong demonstrable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) is necessary
